ProjectAssist AI may process account, workspace, Jira issue, project, and usage information that is needed to provide the app experience. This can include information you or your Jira workspace provide to generate, improve, or manage planning content.
We use information to operate ProjectAssist AI, provide requested app features, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability and usability.
When ProjectAssist AI is installed in Jira, use of the app is also governed by Atlassian's platform terms, Marketplace requirements, and the permissions granted by the installing workspace administrator. ProjectAssist AI only requests access that is needed for the app's Jira functionality.
ProjectAssist AI may send user-provided prompts, project context, and related Jira content to AI service providers to generate requested outputs. We use this processing to provide the feature you requested and to maintain the service.
